Returns
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we don't offer returns and exchanges. Each artwork is created specifically for you and your home or business. However, if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@iqonicdesign.ca. We will work with you on making things right.
If the artwork or image that you uploaded is not suitable, our team will contact you and ask for an alternative image.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@iqonicdesign.ca with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
