The assembly process is simple, all you need to do is remove the banner from the carrying case, lock the pole into place, pull the banner out of the aluminum base, and attach it to the support pole. When it's time to pack up, simply reverse the process and store the banner safely back in its carrying case.

Care

When displaying and taking down your retractable banner, it's important to handle it with care to avoid causing any damage. Carefully pull the graphic out and retract it into the base, making sure to keep it centered. Avoid allowing the graphic to rapidly retract or snap back into the base, as it can cause permanent damage to both the graphic and the base. Similarly, be sure to carefully install the pole to the base and top of the graphic, as mishandling or mistreatment of the pole can also cause permanent damage that renders the banner unusable.
